Pujol.itto is an intimate space dedicated to the refinement of detail. Inspired by the Japanese worldview and its way of reinterpreting the everyday, it bridges the gap between Eastern technique and discipline and Mexican street food. Twelve seats, ten dishes, with corn as the central element and the sea as a counterpoint.
